CONSIGNMENT CORNER
BELLY BOATING IOWA
CLASSIC 82 OLDS DELTA 88 I have a 1982 Oldsmobile Delta 88 with only 49,000 miles (that's only 1630 miles a year) on it for sale. This is for all intents and purposes a one owner vehicle. I had to have it put in my name, because, Title Hopping is illegal in Iowa. This car was litterally owned by a little old lady who used it to go to church and run an occasional errand. Auntie D bought it from the dealership, new in 1982! It has been garaged all of its life, and, maticously maintained. This car all origional, and, rust free! The interior has been covered with blankets and towels since it was driven home, and, I just removed them for the photos. All the floor mats, hub caps, owners manual and full size spare tire are origion Other than a few "door dings" and a small plastic piece missing (between the front fender and bumper on the passenger side) the body is show room clean! My mechanic went over the car six months ago giving it an oil change, new filter, air filter, lube job, check the tires and checked all the fluids. The Olds has good tires all around. After servicing, it has only been driven twice. Everyone will find it hard to believe that this car is 30 YEARS OLD! If you are looking for an Olds Delta 88 that could be a car show winner, or just a classic to drive, this could be your starting point. It ran a little rough when I drove it out of the garage, but, it hadn't been drive for a few months, and, it was cold outside. Getting it out on the road would help it greatly. It drove fine when we brought it back from my mechanic's garge. There are more photos upon request. NO SPAM, AND, ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES, PLEASE. The first $5000.00/CASH drives her home! My wife just found the origional plates from the Olds, (1979 plates with 1985 sticker).

GREAT RUNNING SNAPPER RIDING MOWER .   I’m selling my SNAPPER 28” riding mower, because I have no further need for keeping it.  It is powered by a 9.0 HP Briggs & Stratton engine, that runs perfectly. I run all of the gas out of it at the end of the mowing season. When I fill the tank in the spring, I wait about an hour, choke the engine, and, It usually starts on the second pull.  It almost always starts in the second pull (unless I forget to turn the key on!), which I do occasionally. You can have an electric starter added, but, that only adds more servicing, expense and systems to maintain, so, I never seriously considered it. Besides, it pulls easily and always starts quickly. You can tell by the photos, that it is a little dirty.  I pressure wash it each spring, replace the oil (with a top-quality synthetic), grease it, clean the air filter and sharpen the blade.  Three years ago, I added GREEN SLIME sealant to all four tires, and, haven’t had a flat since. I had to ass air to one of the front tires last year, because it was a little under inflated. For the last several years, I used it to cut the grass in my small yard, and, mow the ditch on my Auntie D’s acreage.  But, since she passed away, a few months back, I have decided to sell it.  It is too much mower, for my small yard.  So, if you are looking for a well maintained and very dependable riding mower, $800.00/CASH will buy you one.  If you want to hear it run before you buy it, I’ll need some time to get it from my indoor storage, clean it up and fuel it.
